Metallica's Lars Ulrich Sued By Personal Assistant
A lawsuit against the Metallica's drummer Lars Ulrich has been filed by former personal assistant claiming that he is owed years of unpaid overtime.
Steven Wiig was of the view that he worked tirelessly when the drummer was at home and on tour, is seeking damages for alleged state and federal labour violations.
For a breach of oral contract and continuing wages he has sued Ulrich, a lawsuit filed at Marin Superior Court showed.
In 2006 and 2008, Wiig claims he had not being paid bonuses,and accumulated overtime when he left the post in February 2009.
Ulrich and Team Tours, a Burbank company that issued Wiig's paychecks, are named a defendants in the lawsuit, according to the Marin Independent Journal.
Wiig is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.
